University of Pennsylvania Spring Water Policy Forum

This year’s Forum will explore AI for Water: Policy at the Speed of Technology, examining how rapidly evolving technologies are reshaping water governance, decision making, and infrastructure management.

Convened in partnership with Penn Carey Law School and the Penn Program on Regulation, the Forum will bring together policymakers, professionals working across water, climate, and infrastructure systems, researchers, and students for keynote and framing remarks, followed by panel and commentator discussions that connect emerging tools and data-driven approaches to real-world policy and implementation challenges. Conversations will focus on how the water sector can adapt, govern, and deploy new technologies responsibly and effectively.
