Understanding AI's Workforce Impact: Preparing for the Future of Skills, Education, and Training

This is a convening of state and local chamber leaders for a strategic, forward-looking gathering focused on artificial intelligence's transformative impact on workforce systems. This convening will equip chamber professionals with evidence-based insights into how AI is reshaping skill demands across industries, what research reveals (and what remains uncertain) about workforce disruption, and how to adapt K-12 education, upskilling, and reskilling programs to prepare workers for an AI-integrated economy.

Through this event, we hope to foster greater engagement and collaboration at scale on this critical issue. Participants will leave with frameworks for engaging education and workforce partners, advocacy strategies, and actionable plans to position their chambers as essential voices in workforce system transformation.
